Scott D. Delahooke, MAI has over 35 years of real estate valuation experience. Mr. Delahooke has been deposed over 175 times and has testified in trial over 45 times on a wide range of cases, including eminent domain actions, partnership disputes and construction defect cases among others.
Mr. Delahooke speaks frequently at real estate conferences, serves as a National Screener for the Appraisal Institute and received the AI Volunteer of Distinction award in 2015.
